The purpose is to find answers to the various weather radar anomaly being seen around the world. In many cases it has been seen to show large storms occuring after these anomalys are seen on weather radar

Radar Ring Anomaly Outburst: Broom Western Australia June 16th 2011
This radar anomaly was recored over Broom Western Australia. Tho unclear what is causing this, I do know this is not being caused by birds or dust storms as once indicated by a weather expert. I will be continueing to investigate the cause of this.
